Create a support tool for librarians to fixate and filter editions and works.

Some works were printed an insane number of times and are extremely difficult to edit with the library UI. There is no way to fix or filter the entries "on the fly", making frequent reloads necessary. This also leads to oversight or repeated work, because it usually takes several days, sometimes weeks, to properly sort, tag and describe such large sets.

### Describe the problem that you'd like solved

It would be great if there was some way to fixate and filter these editions and works, so that it easier to track what has already done.

### Proposal & Constraints

This could be achieved in several ways:
- Export of a list of editions related to a work or of works related to an author for a spreadsheet, to-do-list or similar tool.
- To-Do-Tool integrated in the website itself for librarians that offers features similar to the "broken down parts" issues for github.

In either case, the export definitely needs:
- For editions of a work : Title, Publisher, language, ISBN, OpenLibrary edition ID, direct link to the edit page
- For works of an author: Title, author, number of editions, OpenLibrary work ID, direct link to the edit page

The filter needs to be able to select any field without an entry, for example all editions without language setting.
