Work titles can cause redirect

@mekarpeles: I think this is related to urls containing `..` as the title which cause the url to go up a directory?

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the work
2. Observe the redirect to /works

* Actual: Redirect to /works
* Expected: Open work page

I believe that other work titles can cause similar behaviour
