Adding an edition opens to Work form instead of Edition form

When adding a new edition to an existing work, the edition is added successfully, but the edit page opens on the Work edit form rather than the Edition edit form.

2. Do ...add new edition

* Actual: After saving the initial edition details, the Work edit form loads
* Expected: After saving the initial edition details, the Edition edit form should load
