Captcha removes changes to "tagged fields"

From Patron Services:
Captcha removes your changes to "tagged fields" i.e. if you choose to add an author via the drop down and then his/her name, this is bad if you have removed things in the free text fields. Then when you save the text will be remove but the added field will be gone.

3. captcha fails
4. go back
