Would 'report a problem' underneath each book work?

How it works:
Without needing to have an account, if there's an issue with a book (any type) - then they can click on 'report a problem' for the book to create a request for it. That helps to add context as to where the issue is.

Pros:
- can refer to edits easily
- no need to log in
- easier for passerby to suggest an edit without having to make one

Cons:
- needs to be setup - lots of effort
- not a top priority
- clutter
