### Describe the problem that you'd like solved
Sometimes while going through OL and book carousels, it's very difficult to know about a book that doesn't have a cover or a blank cover sometimes. We have to hover over the book icon for a couple of seconds to know about the name of the book, which is very frustrating at times because without a name one can never know about the book in the book carousel, as shown in the screenshot below.

We should make a default template for the book covers if there are none or the book cover is not adequate.
