Description
As [discussed on the ol-discuss list](http://www.mail-archive.com/ol-discuss@archive.org/msg00926.html), publishers are currently added as strings that may vary a lot.
Let's create separate records for publishers (really naïve way: start with each string as a separate record, let users merge) and link them to the editions, like authors are linked to works.
