Bot access for rendereddocumentsbot

Hi — I just created the account `rendereddocumentsbot` and was hoping someone could enable bot/API access for it.

I’m working on a small local tool for making careful corrections to Open Library records. It doesn’t run unattended or make changes in bulk. It shows me one proposed change at a time, I decide whether to apply it, and then it checks the record again afterward to make sure the change actually went through.

I originally tried it with my regular account. Logging in worked, and I could edit the record through the website, but the same edit through the API came back with a `403 Permission Denied`. I found the bot documentation after that and realized I should be using a separate bot account.

I won’t run anything through this account until you’ve approved it. I’m also happy to share the code or submit it to the `openlibrary-bots` repository if that’s part of the process.

If I’m asking in the wrong place, just point me in the right direction.
