403 Forbidden on subject changes

### Problem

I 'm cleaning up some subjects with a small bot and get a lot of 403 Errors on random works while most of them I can edit just fine. In most cases I can edit them manually. The following works have caused 403 errors on sept 5th between 11:00 and 11:45:
