On Open Library, librarians are often improving metadata by...
* editing metadata
* merging works or authors

For each metadata field, we have assigned it a score based on how much that field improves the value of our book records.

Our goal is to understand... How much value is being participated by the community per day? What does this value look like averaged per participant?

The stats will likely be computed per hour, e.g.
* During this hour, how many records were edited or merged by librarians?
* For each edit, what fields changed and how many points is the field worth?
* What are the total calculations across all merges/edits?
* Once these hourly stats are computed, they will get saved in [statsd](https://www.datadoghq.com/blog/statsd/)
