Description
### Feature Request
### Problem / Opportunity
Several patrons have complained that they were not able to choose a username when creating an account with Google. The username is auto-generated and is not able to be changed.
Patrons don't always want to use the same name on Open Library as is associated with their Google accounts.
The problem is solved when patrons are prompted to enter their chosen usernames when creating an account with Google.
