Should openlibrary/wiki/Writing-Bots be moved to this repo?

Hello,

I've been poking around to see what it might take to make a bot for open library. I'm glad there is lots of documentation but it's a look to read through.

I'll refer to https://github.com/internetarchive/openlibrary/wiki/Writing-Bots as `Guide A` for the rest of this post for clarity sake.
I noticed that Guide A bots guide was last updated on Mar 20, 2020, which is much more recent than the wiki here.

Guide A is also referenced in the readme of this repo [here](https://github.com/internetarchive/openlibrary-bots/blame/7d98fa75e87619990231677db7ceaf1818d1f515/README.md#L36).

It seems that the content of Guide A would be better suited to live in this (openlibrary-bots) repo.

Is there a reason not to move the guide to this repo? If people are in favor of moving it here I would be happy to help copy it.
