so this could be a bug that could be fixed and may not be part of https://github.com/internetarchive/ware/issues/34

Reproduce the failure with the linked Greek Wikipedia page, then compare it with the working Homer page and inspect iare's handling of those URLs. Done means the Chrysippus page works without regressing the other Greek Wikipedia example.
