Release type speech not supported by graphical editor

As seen in [this release](https://fatcat.wiki/release/kh6e4xrxy5e53iz555jbn3w72a), even though it is part of the [vocabulary](https://guide.fatcat.wiki/entity_release.html#release_type-vocabulary). This breaks the gui for editing that release, only the toml editor works.

Start with the graphical editor's handling of the release_type vocabulary, using the linked release and vocabulary documentation as references; the issue names no source file or test. Done means the graphical editor can edit releases using this vocabulary value, while the existing TOML editor continues to work.
