Edit workflow improvements

Notes for next iteration of editing workflow.

- [ ] entity edit success redirects to editgroup view, not to entity view
- [ ] "redirect to page" behavior when logging in (so you end up on the page you wanted to access, eg the edit entity page)

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by separating the unchecked edit-workflow items into independently scoped tasks, then define acceptance criteria for each redirect, identifier, link, review, and bot-update behavior before implementation.
