Comment: looking for the EPUB version on OpenLibrary and Archive ... both
have bad links:
http://www.archive.org/download/agenealogicalhi00burkgoog/agenealogicalhi00burkgoog.epub
with .pdf as the extension, it works but, obviously, produces PDF file
....
looks like something to do with tif format book images.
