Disk overflow

IIAB raised an isue about content overflowing the disk space, a very real possibility. This issue is about tackling it - and there might be multiple solutions/partial solutions.

Note that in many cases , the risk will be during provisioning a box about to be offline, when the person doing it typically will have the skills to undo - but needs the tools.
