On page load search request should fire after bookreader says it is done loading

**Context**
Problem:
If search is running on page load, the request directly blocks the draw of BookReader, especially if it already has the manifest to draw.

**Proposal & Constraints**

Task:
- run search after book reader draws book.

**Success Metrics**

Search starts to run after BookReader says it is "done/loaded", search starts request.
Perceived wait time to look at a book when it gets loaded with a search term.
