Description
Currently the feedback form only has a thumbs up/down, with an option for notes. This isn't enough for us to determine what part of the feature could use improvements/is failing.

* Auto-capture book publish year

* Auto-capture from/to languages
* Auto-capture whether model is loaded
* Auto-capture the browser language
