Description
[Hacktoberfest](https://hacktoberfest.digitalocean.com/details) is an event organized by Digital Ocean. Anyone who has registered to Hacktoberfest and sends 5 PRs resolving issues marked with the label 'hacktoberfest' gets a T-shirt from Digital Ocean. Its quite famous, especially in India. I think its a good way to increase Intermine's outreach through this. The only thing to do from our side is mark the issues we need help with 'hacktoberfest' label :)
