Increase visibility of Python Client

Since the [Depsy Project](http://depsy.org/) concluded officially on March 4th this year and is no longer maintained , the Python Client package is needed to be made available on more such installation Platforms other than [Bioconda](https://bioconda.github.io/recipes/python-intermine/README.html) .
