Description
The problem with Jupyter notebooks is that they don't usually represent the way people code on a day to day basis. Let's give people some ideas how to move forward if they want to use InterMine APIs, e.g.:
- Install R + RStudio
- BioConductor
- InterMineR
- dependencies for the vis as well (there's probably a way to bundle this all together?)
