Add web service analytics

We're moving towards a point where we will no longer use the JSP UI at all. Eventually all InterMine data will be pulled through the API, and as it stands there is BlueGenes, the iOS app, the Android app, and the client libraries all accessing the API.

I propose that we allow Google to to what Google does well and provide us with an analytics platform: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/protocol/v1/

We could make it nice and anonymous by just sending hits to service endpoints, without tracking query contents, or we could track queries. Community input would be helpful here.
