GI viewer working on test link but not on main site/ bug

this list of 143 IDs shows genetic and physical interactions network

But the same list on the live site gives :

I am allowed to process, but still the interactions do not load.

after I say yes it just collapses the menu but shows no data.

Reproduce the issue on the test link and the live site using the attached list.txt of 143 IDs. Compare the interaction-viewer behavior after approving processing and inspect where the live-site flow stops loading data. Done means the same list displays genetic and physical interaction networks on the main site.
