Opt for cypress dashboard

As we are leveraging cypress for our tests, Cypress dashboards provides excellent analytics and deeper insights to our tests.
As we are an open-source community, cypress provides dashboard and parralelisation for free to oss projects. With dashboard we can get wider insights into our tests as well as identify the flaky tests with their run-records. Edit: Something worth noting is that it may be difficult to build Biotestmine on the Cypress CI platform, like we're doing in CircleCI now.

Start by reviewing the Cypress Dashboard open-source plan documentation linked in the issue and the repository's current CircleCI setup. Check whether Biotestmine can still be built on the Cypress CI platform, then define how pull-request runs, stored records, analytics, and flaky-test identification should work. Done means the proposed dashboard integration is documented and functioning without breaking the existing build.
