Description
When you create a list, e.g. by performing a list operation of some kind, it's hard to tell if it was successful or not. The list will pop into your lists of lists, but it might be nice to highlight the list visually, with a css transform or simple a highlighted colour.
A toast could be handy too.

Research direction
Start by locating the My data list-operation flow and the view that displays newly created lists. Compare the feedback options described here, such as a visual highlight or toast, and confirm the chosen behavior with maintainers. Done means users can tell whether list creation succeeded or failed.
