make use of component.io for erm, components

It would be nice if we could provide paths to components. Then, for each app, we would work out the deps, fetch all the sources from GitHub and provide a custom build for each type of app.

The syntax would be as if using standard API Loader but our builder process would resolve these internally rather than on the client (of course). We could use require and not pollute global namespace, which would be great.
