Other

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It seems like, at least in Firefox desktop, that the left/right toggles for expanding/collapsing the side navs don't have a tooltip/label on mouse hover.

Describe the solution you'd like

Nice to have:

Adding a brief description of what the toggles are for would be helpful and make the doc sites more accessible.

Research direction

Locate the shared left/right side-navigation toggle component used by the docs design system and inspect how its controls are rendered. Add a brief hover label that also supports accessible use, then verify the toggles in Firefox desktop and confirm both controls clearly describe their action.
