Feature Request: better documentation as to which tools work for which codecs

At the moment, unless you have an intimate knowledge of all the various codecs, it's not always obvious which encoding tools are available for AVC, HEVC, AV1, VP9 etc.

There are occasional hints in the documentation, for example occasionally it'll mention an option in relation to AVC, but most of the time it's not too clear.

I would find it very useful if each documented field in each structure had something at the bottom in italics like "AVC, HEVC" or "HEVC, AV1, VP9" etc.
