Description
The result of deinterlacing and encoding of intrelaced P010 stream using sample_encode application (vpp-enc.log) differs
from the result of encoding of progressive stream (enc.log) produced by separate invokation of sample_vpp for deinterlacing
of the same input stream (vpp.log).
