Create elf with pinball with fat:0

Thank you for providing this tool.

I am trying to create elfies with this paper: [Public Release and Validation of SPEC CPU2017 PinPoints](https://arxiv.org/pdf/2112.06981).

However, the PinPoints have fat:0 in their global.log files. The scripts will raise an error since there is a FATCHECK.

I also tried to switch to pinball2elf-dev branch. I execute in docker environment ubuntu18.04, and gcc 7.5.0. The example works, but when I try to generate elf for exchange2, it just gets segmentation fault.

I am wondering how to create elfies with pinball2elf, or should I switch to another previous version if available?
