OpenVINO Super Resolution Plugin Error

When I try to apply OpenVINO Super Resolution, I get this error
"Unsupported operation of type: GroupNormalization
Cannot fallback on ngraph reference implementation (Ngraph::Node::evaluate() is not implemented)"
How can I fix this ? I am not getting any error when I am applying noise suppression
