[Question]: Does PTL support H264 10-bit?

Description
According to a recently released slide, it supports AVC 10-bit, but detailed specs are lacking.
1. Does it support both decoding and encoding?
2. Does it only support 4:2:0 subsampling, or does it also support 4:2:2 used by some cameras?
3. Is the upper limit of supported resolution still 4K (4096x4096)?
