### What Feature?
The parser of the data collected by UMDPerfProfiler is provided as binary.
It is not only hard to investigate performance but also less portable.
I expect there is no confidentiality in what the parser does.
May I ask to put the parser code and make a build target for it so that the parser binary can be built?
