### Describe the bug
SubmitGraph and SinKernelGraph benchmarks started to fail on SYCL runtimes, after updating compute-benchmark versions to `32dcb8b6` (Sep 14, 2026).
Investigate (multiple?) issues and re-enable these benchmarks.
