Description

### Describe the bug

The test Adapters/level_zero/batch_event_status.cpp seems to sporadically fail with unrelated changes on github PRs.
Looking at the last ~10 failures, it failed 4 times:
- https://github.com/intel/llvm/actions/runs/33785684085/job/100757368023
- https://github.com/intel/llvm/actions/runs/33767650854/job/100720892622

Every time the output is empty, and the test fails with the same exit code:
> Exit Code: 3221226505
> error: command failed with exit status: 0xc0000409

Research direction

Start with Adapters/level_zero/batch_event_status.cpp and run the named test repeatedly on Windows with the Intel Arc A770 environment described. Compare intermittent failures with the empty output and exit code 0xc0000409; done means the sporadic failure is explained and the test passes reliably without unrelated PR failures.
