Post-commit for non-functional change https://github.com/intel/llvm/pull/21201 fails on Windows due to reaching time limit for running custom_async_handler test.
Test d:\github\_work\llvm\llvm\build-e2e\asynchandler\output\custom_async_handler.cpp.tmp.out hung!
