Description
### Environment
* **GPU:** Intel Arc B580 (Battlemage)
* **Kernel Driver:** `xe` driver
* **OS:** Linux Mint (Cinnamon)
* **Game:** Assetto Corsa EVO (via Proton)
### The Problem
The GPU is consistently capped at 56-60 FPS at 1080p, 2K, and 4K resolutions, which doesn't match my 4K monitor's 144Hz refresh rate, even though V-Sync is disabled in the game. Attempting to use `vblank_mode=0` to unlock the frame rate results in significant visual artifacts and instability in Battlemage's architecture.
### Technical Details
* **Device ID:** Verified as 8086 via `dxvk.conf` (dxgi.customVendorId = 8086).
* **Behavior:** Frame rate drops and limitations suggest poor scaling or power management issues in the `xe` driver for this specific hardware.
* **XeSS:** The engine does not recognize or enable the technology, even with `PROTON_ENABLE_XESS=1`.
The B580 performs significantly worse than in Windows benchmark tests, where the same game easily exceeds 140 FPS even when only offering FSR. Please investigate how the driver handles Vulkan display modes and vblank synchronization for Battlemage.
And please implement the Linux driver and XeSS effectively, as customers who purchase your products should not be forced to use only Windows 11.
