MIPI Camera stopped working on Dell Precision 5470

I have a Dell Precision 5470 running Ubuntu 22.04. It has an Intel MIPI webcam. I've had the laptop for ~1.5 years. I initially had issues with the webcam but these were soon sorted with drivers from https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/oem-solutions-group/intel-ipu6/ubuntu/. However, it seems that some updates in the last month or so have caused it to stop working. My system still recognises that it's there, but the image is black.

I've had a look through some of the other issues here but am a bit lost as to whether or not this is the same issue. Any advice on how to solve or even just diagnose the problem would be greatly appreciated. Is it perhaps possible to simply revert to whatever driver versions I had a couple of months ago?
