Driver unstable on Fedora38 or 39

After installing the driver ipu6 from rpm fusion non free, my camera is detected but it once I switch from applications Zoom/Teams or webmeeting the camera is detected but it shows a black screen and it seem the camera still runing even if the call is closed.

sometimes need to kill process fuser /dev/video0 and it works but not 100% efficient .

anyone have any idea?
