Document which kernel build config options are necessary for this to work completely

I tried fedora for a bit, and noticed that on it, intel-lpmd does report "utl exit", and "utl enter", but this doesn't happen on arch linux, or nixos. On these distros, only "utl enter" is ever reported. I could imagine a missing kernel build config option being the case for this.
