What will happen if assign more than 100% BW to some COS

Hi All,
Just out of curiosity, what will happen if we assign 4000MB/s to COS1, given the system's overall bandwidth is 2000MB/s? Will the RDT tool automatically let COS1 take over all 2000MB/s BW, similar to not applying MBA?
