Description
After https://github.com/Granulate/gprofiler/issues/529 is implemented, the next step is to support cgroups v2. Appropriate changes need to be implemented in granulate-utils https://github.com/Granulate/granulate-utils/tree/master/granulate_utils/linux/cgroups.
