See https://github.com/Granulate/gprofiler/runs/8046863788?check_suite_focus=true - initialization of `PythonEbpfProfiler` fails but pyspy profiler isn't initialized. See `test_app_metadata[True-python-pyperf-expected_metadata0] ` specifically.
