How to send logs, metrics, metadata, etc. to a custom DB?

Description
Hi,
I see that by default, gProfiler sends logs, metrics, metadata, etc. to Granulate Performance Studio. Is it possible to save all such data into a DB (PostgreSQL or Cassandra or ClickHouse), both historical & real-time/current data?
