Description
While reading the [latest doc (for 1.21)](https://download.01.org/intel-sgx/sgx-dcap/1.21/linux/docs/Intel_TDX_DCAP_Quoting_Library_API.pdf) I noticed the diagrams do not clearly illustrate the `TDG.VP.VMCALL` based approach that the Linux upstream TD quote driver uses.
Section 2.2.1 sort of talks about it but it's slightly outdated and missing from the diagrams.
