Description

For the 2.17.1 release, all pre-built library packages seem to be missing at https://download.01.org/intel-sgx/sgx-linux/2.17.1/distro/

Examples of expected packages:

* https://download.01.org/intel-sgx/sgx-linux/2.17.1/distro/ubuntu20.04-server/debian_pkgs/libs/libsgx-ae-qe3/libsgx-ae-qe3_1.14.100.3-focal1_amd64.deb
* https://download.01.org/intel-sgx/sgx-linux/2.17.1/distro/ubuntu20.04-server/debian_pkgs/utils/libsgx-ae-epid/libsgx-ae-epid_2.17.101.1-focal1_amd64.deb

Is this an oversight, or was their omission intended? If it was intended, does that mean that the architectural enclaves are not affected by AEPIC (which the 2.17.1 release addresses)? If this was intended, is there some documented policy under which circumstances these packages are being created or omitted?
