Is there documentation for the `epid-sdk` library?
The `README.md` under `external/epid-sdk` has a small section on the documentation: https://github.com/intel/linux-sgx/tree/master/external/epid-sdk#documentation that says:
> See [doc/index.html](https://github.com/intel/linux-sgx/blob/master/external/epid-sdk/doc/index.html) to browse the html documentation.
The hyper link (https://github.com/intel/linux-sgx/blob/master/external/epid-sdk/doc/index.html) leads to a 404 error.
