Alternative for downloading dependencies for dcap_source target 2.5

Is there a workaround to requiring the download of the DataCenterAttestationPrimitives source code? I'm trying to compile 2.5 in an environment that does not have git nor network access (so I just downloaded the zip archive that github provides). For now I'm just falling back to an older release which did not have this requirement.
