No support for libc++ streams.

I would like to know if there has been any progress whatsoever for supporting streams such as `ostream` or `stringstream`.

The use case is that a large number of C++ libraries have their semantics for serializing/deserializing objects around these features.

If not, what's missing in order to be able to achieve stream support? I'd love to contribute in any way I can.
